Phindys Place Challenge #3

Oh my gosh.. I hardly can believe we have our third challenge up and running already @ Phindys Place challenge blog :)

And -beware!- this week we have a REAL CHALLENGE for you!!! 
Because we want you to use your FAVORITE stamp by Phindy!!!

*haha*... you think I'm joking? You ask why this is a real challenge? Well.. for me it was a huge challenge to decide which one of all the gorgeous images to choose!!! Seriously!!!


Well.... I have to admit... I have lots more 'favorite' Phindy stamps but this one called 'Romantic Moment' is definitely one of the most adorable images to me!

Retro MOM

Today I want to show you a card for my MIL for Mother's Day :)
The image I used for it is another beautiful digi stamp from the retro line designed by Philomena O'Neill from Phindys Place
Isn't this image adorable? I really love it so much.. this cute little baby sitting in the laundry basket looking what mommy is doing while sucking on it's thumb... too cute, isn't it :D


I thought with the light aqua blue and browns and the 'messy' sewing around its borders, it is perfect for distressing also.. did you notice that I almost always use distressing on my cards? ;-) Yeah.. I think I'm kind of addicted *lol*

Phindys Place Challenge #2 - Use Ribbon and an Award :)

Our second challenge at Phindys Place Challenge Blog is starting today :)


Our challenge theme for this week is

  USE RIBBON 





I must admit I did not use the ribbon in a very special or creative way but just as a ribbon ;-)
But you can do whatever you want with your ribbon: 
Make creative borders, flowers, embellishments etc - your imagination is the limit

The most important thing is have fun ( and use a Phindy image *lol* )

Phindys Place Challenge #1

Our first challenge over at Phindys Place Challenge Blog

To get you started our first challenge theme is really easy *smile*

Thank God for little Children

I made this card following this weeks sketch (Kazans #50) from 2 Sketches 4 You.
As always this is a great place to get me started when my Mojo doesn't want to start to flow *LOL*
So thanks for the inspiration.


Of course I had to use the 'Something New' digi stamp from Phindys Place once again.. I love this super duper cute image! And so the card is also an entry for the Papertake Weekly challenge 'Cutie Pie' :)






The patterned papers are from a digital kit called 'Forgiveness' by Madame Wing available @ ElementalScraps.com. The saying is also from the Elemental Scraps shop. The wordart package is called 'Child Series 1 Wordart' made by Charlizes Creations.

Phindys Place Challenge Blog


Hiya :) You may have noticed that I became a huge fan of Philomena O'Neills (Phindys Place) digital stamps recently :)  I really really love her cute, detailed and high quality images! 

Now I found out that she's starting a new challenge blog on April 12th with the announcement of her DT. And there will be weekly challenges starting at April 16th.

I would highly recommend to hop on over and become a follower - because this is what you can read on the challenge blog:
