Bookmark

Nancy from LeLo Designs designed some super cute new stamp images that will be released soon and they are SO pretty. I used three of the new stamps (the flower, fly agaric and snail with bug) on this bookmark to create a little scenery ;-)

Fairy

Look at this super cute fairy image.. isn't she adorable? It's one of many new (soon to come) images by LeLo Design!

I colored the fairy with Tombow Dual Brush pens and some watercolor pencils. I also used lots of glitter on this card, but unfortunately you cannot see it in the picture *hmpf* It's soooo hard to catch that subtle glitter :-(

I did some additional close ups, hopefully you can see it better there (or maybe you can even imagine *lol*)

And of course I had to use some of the new goodies I won in the blog candy from The Beary Scrap Design Team Blog!!! :) I used the Nesties Label 11 die, some of the gorgeous mullberry roses that came in the package and Stickles Rock Candy to put on the fairy wings - Thanks again Kimm :)

Oh man ... I think I'm the most lucky and excited person in the whole wide craft world, currently :)
Look what I got in my mailbox: This absolutely adorable and terrific card made by the fabulous Nancy from LeLo Design!!!

Mannomann ... ich glaube ich bin zur Zeit der glücklichste Mensch im ganzen Basteluniversum :)

Schaut nur was ich in meinem Briefkasten hatte: Diese absolut fantastische und unglaublich wunderschöne Karte von der super talentierten Nancy von LeLo Design!!!

Ohhhhh... I SO love this card.. look at all the beautiful details, like the glitter on the cut out flowers and the glaze on the flower bunch.. *sigh*.. simply gorgeous!!!

Ohhhhh... ich finde diese Karte einfach umwerfend .. schaut Euch nur all die tollen Details an wie z.B. der Glitzer auf den ausgeschnittenen Blumen und der "Lack" auf dem Blumenstrauß... *seufz*... einfach hinreißend schön!!!

Sweet Sunday

Hi everyone :)  I hope you enjoy your Sunday as much as I do!
The sun is shining .. it's warm but not too hot .. just the perfect weather for me ;-)

So I don't have much time to sit inside and create cards *LOL* 

I've just made a simple card following the beautiful sketch by Karen for 'Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge'
I used some digi papers and printed them out. Distressed them and then added some Distress inks and a little bit of glitter all around the distressed paper edges :)

As I don't have a stamped and colored focal image but a sentiment on this card, I think (well, I hope so *g*) this also matches the Quixotic Challenge #26 this week which is 'How Sentimental'

This is a post in German only because it's about a design team call from a German stamp manufacturer called 'LeLo Designs'. But the list of supplies can be found at the end of my post AND of course you are welcome to leave a comment in english anway ;-) *lol*

Love Grows Happiness: Whiff of Joy Guest DT call

Katharina, the owner of  Whiff of Joy is having a guest design team call this week and I said to myself: "Have a go!" *grin* So here's my card using the adorable angel Melinda and the colors red and orange (and yellow as my third color)

I colored her wings using Twinklings H2O in heavenly white that gives a nice subtle shimmer, that you unfortunately cannot see in the pictures :o( I also used a bit of Sakura Stardust clear glitter gel pen to highlight portions of the accents on her trousers and on the heart.. just a teeny tiny bit...  looks really pretty in real life ;o)

I used the sketch over at Practical Scrappers as inspiration - a great sketch! - thanks :)

I totally love the new 'Sweet and Salty' line by Phindy! I love these images so much that I just had to purchase this stamp! Yesss... believe it or not, but even though I'm a super proud member of her DT, I also spend my own money for her wonderful images ;-) because I really can't get enough of them :-)

I made this card following Domis sketch over at Simon Says Challenges 
I also created my own paper flowers using punches and design papers so I can enter it in this weeks Quixotic Challenges also :)
