Hi and welcome to my creative blog!  :-)
My name is Sylvia. I am a fourty-something year old mom to four sons (aged between 9 and 21 years) and wife to a wonderful and very supportive husband! We are living in the very Southwest of the Black Forest (Germany).

My passion -or maybe I better should say addicition- for rubber stamping and card making began with the birth of my youngest son in 2004:  I had this picture in my head to send out a self-made birth announcement card, despite the fact that I had never created a handmade card before nor had I held a rubber stamp in my hands. I actually did some heat embossing on these cards! And I never looked back ever since!
Besides making cards, I also love doing home d├ęcor, creating gift bags, packages and tags and I also like doing the occasional scrapbooking page.

I have been a DT member for several stamp manufacturers, scrapbooking stores and challenge blogs as well as a CT member for a couple of digital scrapbooking stores and designers in the past. I also was a guest blogger for one year on the Spellbinders blog in 2012/2013.

Some of the most exciting things happened to me in 2013: I was asked to be part of the Splitcoaststampers Dirty Dozen, and to join the DT for the Craft Stamper magazine. I became a Girl Friday at the CAS-ual Fridays challenge blog and the CAS-ual Fridays Stamps Ink Squad :)

With the beginning of 2014, another wonderful and exciting journey begins! I am an "Artist in Residence" for IMAGINE Crafts/Tsukineko in 2014 and -for a stamper- this is a a dream come true!

The complete list of current teams incl. links, can be found on the page "design teams"

My work was published in various stamping and card making magazines, such as Stamper's Sampler Take Ten, CARDS and of course in the Craft Stamper magazine, to just name a few :)
You can find a complete list on the page "publications"

Wow, what a great adventure this has been so far. Can't wait to see what the future will bring! :)
But no matter what will (or will not) happen in future, one thing is for sure:  I really am a very happy stamper and absolutely LOVE what I do!
