Fly a Kite - Scrapbook Werkstatt May Kit

Hi everyone and happy Monday :)
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! 
Today I'm sharing another card with you that I made using the brand new MAY Kit from Scrapbook Werkstatt. The kit comes with many beautiful papers but also with a lot of embellishments, like wood veneer, alphas or -what I used here- label die cuts!
The houndstooth patterned paper and the focal image with the kite are both from one paper by Echo Park Paper and the label die is from Color Conspiracy.
I stamped a sentiment onto the label die, added a few yellow sequins (I'm attaching them using Glossy Accents). Some faux stitching around the houndstooth patterned paper, adding some dimensional foam adhesive for more interest - done :)

Ich hoffe  Ihr hattet alle ein tolles Wochenende!
Heute möchte ich Euch eine weitere Karte zeigen, die mit dem brandneuen Mai Kit "Jetzt knallt's" der Scrapbook Werkstatt entstanden ist. Das Kit beinhaltet nicht nur jede Menge wirklich toller Papiere, sondern ebenso auch viele tolle Embellishmens, wie die gerade so angesagten Holz-Embellies (Wood Veneer), Alphas oder -die hier von mir verwendeten- Label Die Cuts!
Das Hahnentrittmuster Papier im Hintergrund und das Motiv im Vordergrund mit dem Flugdrachen, sind alle von einem Echo Park Paper Papier. Das Label Die ist von Color Conspiracy.
Ich habe dann noch einen Spruch auf das Label gestempelt, falsche Nähte auf dem Hahnentritt-Papier angebracht und außerdem noch ein paar gelbe Pailletten (die ich übrigens mit Glossy Accents befestige). Dann hab' ich alle Lagen mit 3D Pads übereinandergesetzt - und fertig :)

    This is gorgeous. Love the sunny colour, just wish it was sunny here all the time in the UK. The stitching finishes it off a treat. I spotted you over on MIM and came for a closer look and I am so glad that I did.
