New Year Card

Hi everyone and happy 4th Advent Sunday :)

I just squeezed in some time to create another New Year card.

It was super quick and easy to create!

I just grabbed a piece of patterned paper (from "Scoot" collection by Echo Park) and adhered it to a white card blank. Then, I cut a piece of white cardstock into a banner shape and stamped the New Years greetings ("Christmas Sampler" by Paper Smooches) with Memento inks in "Nautical Blue". Mounted it to the card with foam tape.

Some sequins and rhinestones attached here and there - done!

Like I told you: Super quick and easy!

And even though I forgot to set the timer, I am absolutely sure it was done in far less than 10 minutes! Therefore I want to enter it in this weeks 10 minute craft dash challenge.

New Year Card for CAS-ual Fridays #124

Hi everyone and happy Thursday :)

Even though it's only Thursday, it's time for our next CAS-ual Fridays challenge! The reason for this unusual starting time is, that we teamed up with 10 Minute Craft Dash 

This week our challenge is to create a clean and simple New Year's project.

My card was really super quick to create: Simply glue two strips of patterned paper to the lower third of the card base. Adhere some white glitter number stickers and a variety of blue and aqua rhinestones to the card, after stamping the "Happy New Year" sentiment (CAS-ual Fridays Stamps "Countdown" set ) onto upper left side of the card with Brilliance Pearlescent Sky Blue inks.

My time to create this card was: 8 mins 50 secs.

Happy New Year!

  Hi everyone and happy Monday :)
Wow... it's the last day of the year! And I would say it was a good one!
So now let's hope the next year will be another good one for everyone! :)
There are some wonderful opportunities waiting for me next year (I just cannot tell you now *boohoo*... even though I desperately wish I would be able to tell you right now *lol*.... but not long now and the wonderful news will be unveiled *yay*)
With this being said I want to wish you all a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Wow... der letzte Tag des Jahres ist da! Und ich würde sagen, es war ein gutes Jahr!
Also wollen wir hoffen, das auch das nächste Jahr wieder ein Gutes wird - für jeden von uns! :)
Im nächsten Jahr warten ein paar wunderbare Möglichkeiten auf mich  (ich kann's Euch nur leider noch nicht erzählen *buhuu*... obwohl ich mir wirklich unbändig wünschte ich könnte es Euch jetzt sofort und auf der Stelle erzählen *lol*... aber nicht mehr lang und ich kann endlich meine tollen Neuigkeiten loswerden *hurra*)

Happy New Year

Hi everyone and happy  Thursday :)
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas time!
Only four days and the year 2012 will be gone...time flies....
Therefore I wanted to share a "New Year" greeting card that I've created for a dear friend.
I have used the brand new SBW January Kit to create this card as well as some stamps and dies from Whimsy Stamps. The card is quite simple, because the recipient is a man! I thought these beautiful patterned papers from Fancy Pants' "Blissful Blizzard" collection would be perfect for a man's card.

Nur noch vier Tage und das Jahr 2012 ist schon wieder vorbei... die Zeit fliegt nur so...
Also dachte ich mir, das ich Euch heute eine "Neujahrs"-Grußkarte zeige, die ich für einen lieben Freund gewerkelt habe.  Hierfür habe ich das brandneue Scrapbook Werkstatt Januar Kit verwendet, sowie Stempel und Stanzen von Whimsy Stamps. Die Karte ist eher einfach gehalten, das der Empfänger ein Mann ist! Ich fand, das diese wunderschönen Papiere aus der "Blissful Blizzard" Serie von Fancy Pants perfekt für eine Männer Karte sind.

Vintage New Years Card
