CAS-ual Fridays: Arrows

Hi everyone and happy Friday :)
Friday again *woohoo* This not only means the weekend is near, but also that a new CAS-ual Fridays challenge is starting today!
This week our theme is

use arrows on your CAS project
benutze Pfeile auf Deinem CAS Projekt

This weeks sponsor is Simon Says Stamp
Der Sponsor in dieser Woche ist Simon Says Stamp

My card is super simple! I used the pattern of the paper and highlighted some of the pre-printed "arrows" by doing a little faux stitching. I then stamped the sentiment and stars and added some small rhinestones. Put the panel on pop dots - that's it! :)

To see what the super talented ladies from the CAS-ual Fridays design team came up with and to link up your projects, please visit the CAS-ual Fridays challenge blog  :)

Sending Get Well Wishes Your Way

Hi everyone and happy Wednesday :)
Today I'm sharing a Get Well card with you that I created for the Spellbinders Blog.
Spellbinders introduced some really beautiful new goods during the CHA - not only did they release their new "Media Mixage" at CHA, but they also have some awesome new dies and M-Bossabilities folders - like the one I've used for my card above! I really like these new M-Bossabilities, because they just "do the job" for you if you are in a hurry!
To see how I created this card, just visit the Spellbinders Blog and take a peek. I would be delighted if you'd leave me a comment over there, so I know what you think :)

Speedy Recovery

Hi everyone and happy Monday :)
Today I'm sharing a  little (literally) "Get Well" card with you that I've created for the "75 Creative Card Challenges Week: Make an Itty Bitty Card" challenge at Moxie Fab World. It's only 3x3 inches :)
The turtle was stamped on white cardstock, colored, then cut out and put onto dimensional foam dots for a little bit of extra dimension and interest.

"75 Creative Card Challenges Week: Make an Itty Bitty Card" challenge bei Moxie Fab World gestaltet habe.

card recipe:
  • stamps - Lawn Fawn "On the Mend", LilyBee Design "Buttercup"
  • coloring medium - Tombow markers, Mondeluz watercolor pencils
  • tools - We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper

Get Well Soon - 2 Sketches 4 You

Again I used one of the great sketches from 2 Sketches 4 You :) This week is Lauras turn and she came up with another wonderful and easy to follow sketch. I truly love the sketches that are provided at 2 Sketches 4 You because they give you a guideline but lots of freedom to make this totally your own!

and a close up of the focal image - can you see it sparkle? ;)
I cut out the stamped bird body and put it on foam pads to give it more dimension
