Breathe, it will be ok: CAS-ual Fridays #125

Hi everyone, happy Friday and Happy New Year!!!

It's time for our next CAS-ual Fridays challenge and the challenge is:

Instead of a resolution, choose a word that describes what you hope for the new year.

Well for me the saying on this card pretty much sums up, what I am hoping for this new year: I hope to be able to be a little bit more relaxed! To take a deep breath, take it easy, let some things go and .... hopefully everything will be ok :)

Therefore my word for 2014 is BREATHE and now tell us what is YOUR word for the new year? Can't wait to see what you will come up with!

For more inspiration from the talented Girl Fridays, please visit the CAS-ual Fridays blog!

Oh and from today, I will post detailed instructions on how I created the card
(see "Instructions" box below).
I would love to hear from you, what you think about it!
Do you find the instructions feature helpful or do you rather skip reading this?
Your honest opinion is much appreciated!
Thanks for helping me keeping/getting this blog worth visiting and reading :)

Hi everyone and happy Thursday :)

Even though it's only Thursday, it's time for our next CAS-ual Fridays challenge! The reason for this unusual starting time is, that we teamed up with 10 Minute Craft Dash

Adhere some white glitter number stickers and a variety of blue and aqua rhinestones to the card, after stamping the "Happy New Year" sentiment (CAS-ual Fridays Stamps "Countdown" set ) onto upper left side of the card with Brilliance Pearlescent Sky Blue inks.
My time to create this card was: 8 mins 50 secs.

Snowy Christmas Card for CAS-ual Fridays #123

Hi everyone and happy Friday :)
It is time for the next CAS-ual Fridays challenge and I love this weeks theme! It is:

For my card I stamped all ten snowflakes that are content of the "Snowflake Greetings" set! I adhere all snowflakes "randomly" on a huge acrylic block and stamped them all at once with Tsukineko Brilliance "Pearlescent Sky Blue" ink onto the white cardstock. I then added some more of the smaller snowflakes here and there.
Then I simply stamped the greeting with Tsukineko Versafine Onyx Black ink onto the lower right side of the card front and added some clear rhinestones of various sizes.

Joy To The World - Christmas Card for CAS-ual Fridays #122

Hi everyone and happy Friday :)
It is December 6th and this means it is "Nikolaus" day in Germany. The evening before Nikolaus day, Children put one of their boots outside, hoping Nikolaus is filling it with sweets and treats.
Heute ist der 6. Dezember und somit Nikolaus Tag. Hat Euch der Nikolaus die Stiefel gefüllt? Oder wenigstens Euren Kindern? ;-)
But it is not only Nikolaus day, but also the launch of a new challenge at CAS-ual Fridays ;-) This weeks challenge is:
Use a tree or trees on your clean and simple project (doesn't have to be a Christmas project *just saying*)
For my card I have used a stamp set from Paper Smooches (it's an older one, but I still like it, because I think it's of a timeless style)
I stamped everything with various colors of Tsukineko Brilliance inks. Oh how I love these inks (especially the "pearlescent" ones with that wonderful, subtle shimmer... hope you can see it in the close up below!)
