Instructions make card base (4 1/2" x 5 1/4") from white cardstock and round lower right corner cut blocks  from patterned paper: yellow = 2 1/2" x 3 3/8"; blue = 2 1/2" x 1 1/2"; red = 3/8" x 4 7/8" and adhere to card front stamp sentiments with Versamark ink onto card front and heat emboss with white embossing powder  embellish with rhinestones
