You Make Me Smile

Hi everyone and happy Saturday :)

This post should have gone online on Friday already, because I wanted to participate in this weeks "Less is More" challenge where they have an adorable and versatile sketch to work with.
But I must have make a mistake (or maybe blogger is playing tricks with me?): It appeared and when I took a look again last night, it disappeared! *what the ....*?
Well... now it's up again -it might be too late for the challenge... but I'll show it anyway *lol*

I used some more of the lovely papers from Scrapbook Werkstatt's May Kit and stamps from CAS-ual Fridays Stamps to create this card.
The leaves were colored with Tombows in light blue and a little bit of shading with a gray Tombow marker. Then I highlighted all of the leaves with Glossy Accents and then sprinkled some Distress Rock Candy Dry Glitter over it. Looks so nice IRL (but as we all know it's so hard to catch the subtle sparkle in a picture)

Hallo zusammen und Euch allen einen wunderschönen Samstag :)
Dieses Posting hätte eigentlich gestern schon erscheinen sollen. Aber irgendwie ist wohl was schief gelaufen, ich hab' etwas falsch gemacht oder Blogger hat sich einen Spaß gemacht ;-(
Denn wie gesagt, eigentlich sollte das Posting gestern online sein, weil ich bei der "Less is More"Challenge noch mitmachen wollte. Dort gab es nämlich letzte Woche einen wirklich tollen Sketch (siehe oben). Das Posting WAR auch online.. aber als ich gestern nacht nochmal geschaut habe, war es plötzlich wieder weg?! *ähm.. halloooo*?
Naja.. wie auch immer.. nun ist es zwar wahrscheinlich schon zu spät für die Challenge, aber die Karte zeige ich Euch jetzt trotzdem ;-)

Für diese Karte hier habe ich noch einmal Papiere aus dem Scrapbook Werkstatt Mai Kit verwendet. Sowie Stempel von CAS-ual Fridays Stamps.
Die Blätterranke wurde mit hellblauen Tombows coloriert und außerdem hab' ich auch noch mit hellem Grau ein wenig Schattierung hinzugefügt.
Die Blättchen habe ich dann einzeln mit Glossy Accents versehen über welches ich dann -in noch nassem Zustand- etwas Distress Rock Candy Dry Glitter gestreut habe. Das sieht in Natura wirklich ganz hübsch aus (aber wir alle wissen ja, das es wahnsinnig schwierig ist so einen subtilen Schimmer in einem Foto einzufangen)
