I made the above card using some leftover scraps from 'Ambrosia' and 'Two Scoops' Basic Grey 6x6 paper pad. The paper 'rose' is my first ever selfmade rolled paper rose :)
I found a tutorial over on Dana's blog ~°~here~°~. Thanks so much for sharing, Dana!
The color combo is not what I usually would use, but I made this card for the color challenge this week over at The Outlawz, where they wanted to see pink and orange. And I have to admit: I love the result :)

It's a stunning card Sylvia. The colours are brilliant and I love your paper rose :) I'm addicted to making spiral roses - that's how I've been using up my paper scraps lately :)

Looks like someone who has been making it for a while. And the colour combo is awesome and the crushed ribbon fits in so well with those pins.
