Happy Happy (Neon) Birthday

Hi everyone and happy Tuesday :)

Today I have a very bold and bright Birthday card to share with you!

The "splotches" were stamped with the brand new Radiant Neon inks from IMAGINE Crafts/Tsukineko!

Instructions create 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" top folded card base from 4 1/4" x 11" white cardstock cut 4" x 5 1/4" rectangle from blue cardstock and adhere to card front using foam pads cut 3 3/4" x 5" rectangle from white cardstock stamp "splotches" ("Exclamations" set) with Radiant Neon "Electric Pink" (refer to picture for placement); allow ink to dry completely before you move on to the next step! stamp "splotches" ("Exclamations" set) with Radiant Neon "Electric Blue" (refer to picture for placement); allow ink to dry completely before you move on to the next step! stamp "splotches" ("Exclamations" set) with Radiant Neon "Electric Yellow" (refer to picture for placement); allow ink to dry completely before you move on to the next step! stamp birthday greeting words ("Shenanigans" set) with Memento Tuxedo Black on same white panel embellish with clear rhinestones and adhere to card
