CAS-ual Fridays: Red, White and Blue

Hi everyone and happy Friday :)
 It's time for another CAS-ual Fridays challenge *woot*
And this week we dare you to:

Hallo zusammen und Euch allen einen wunderschönen Freitag :)
Es ist Zeit für eine neue CAS-ual Fridays Challenge *juhu*
Und die Herausforderung für diese Woche lautet:

 

 

in honor of Memorial Day in the US, use the colors of their flag: red, white and blue

zu Ehren des US amerikanischen Memorial Day, verwendet wir diesmal die Farben ihrer Flagge: rot, weiß und blau

 For my card, I stamped the "Wish Big" sentiment from the CAS-ual Fridays Stamps "Bold Wishes" set with red Hero Arts ink onto a white label die, that I cut out with the "Labels Twenty-Eight" set from Spellbinders Paper Arts. The strip of patterned paper on the left side of the card is from Echo Park Papers "Sweet Girl" collection. A bit of paper pricking, some sequins here and there and twine, tied in a bow with a small white pearl on top. Rounding the lower round corners of the base panels, then putting everything together with dimensional foam adhesive. That's it :)

Für meine Karte habe ich das "Wish Big" aus dem CAS-ual Fridays Stamps "Bold Wishes" Set mit einem roten Stempelkissen von Hero Arts auf ein weißes Label Stanzteil gestempelt.

Das Label habe ich mit dem Stanzenset "Labels Twenty-Eight" von Spellbinders Paper Arts gemacht. Das gemusterte Papier auf der linken Seite ist aus der "Sweet Girl" Serie von Echo Park Papers.
Ein wenig Pricking, ein paar Pailletten hier und da, etwas Twine zur Schleife gebunden mit einem kleinen Perlchen oben drauf. Noch die unteren rechten Ecken der Basisteile abgerundet, dann alles mit 3D Pads zusammen gesetzt. Das war's auch schon :)

Spellbinders DT Call Finalist

Hi everyone and happy Monday :-)

I don't have a project to show today and I hope you don't mind me sharing 'only' my tremendous excitement, instead ;-)  But look who's name is on the list of finalists:

I am still totally overwhelmed and cannot stop pinching me again and again .... hoping not to wake up from this dream :-) that of course has not yet come true... but I am soooo proud to see my name on this list amongst such wonderful, outstanding and amazingly talented ladies *wow*
And even if I may not make it to the team, this result -being in the final round of their call- just makes me super happy and proud :-)

Friday Sketchers

Hi everyone ... wishing you all a good start into the weekend :)
It's really COLD over here *brrr*... but we also have a little snow and I like it 
Today I want to share a card with you that I made again with the adorable BLITZEN Starter kit by Basic Grey
I really love this kit because of the gorgeous color combo and the beautiful elements!
I also used one of the new 'Northpole Helpers' stamps from Mos Digital Pencil
To create this card I followed the great sketch from Friday Sketchers.

ETA: Oh... I have to brag a little bit.. hope you don't mind ;-) But I'm so excited this card has been accepted by Basic Grey for their idea gallery *yay*... you can see it HERE (for a limited time) .. how cool is that? :)

Es ist wirklich KALT hier *brrr*.. aber wir haben auch etwas Schnee und das gefällt mir ganz gut 

Heute möchte ich Euch eine Karte zeigen, die wieder mit dem wunderbaren BLITZEN Starter kit von Basic Grey gemacht wurde. Ich mag dieses Kit wirklich sehr, wegen seiner tollen Farbkombinationen und den schönen Elementen!

Ich habe außerdem eines der neuen 'Northpole Helpers' Motive von Mos Digital Pencil benutzt.

Für diese Karte habe ich den tollen Sketch von Friday Sketchers zu Hilfe genommen.

ETA: Oh ... und nun muss ich mal ein klein wenig angeben.. ich hoffe es macht Euch nichts aus ;-) Aber ich freue mich so irrsinnig das diese Karte von Basic Grey in ihre Ideen Galerie aufgenommen wurde *juchhu*... Ihr könnt sie HIER sehen (jedenfalls für eine begrenzte Zeit)... wie cool ist das denn bitte? :)

LeLo Design Team Call

This is a post in German only because it's about a design team call from a German stamp manufacturer called 'LeLo Designs'. But the list of supplies can be found at the end of my post AND of course you are welcome to leave a comment in english anway ;-) *lol*

Nancy von LeLo Design sucht zwei neue DT Mitglieder*woohoo* 
Na wenn das keine tolle Gelegenheit ist...
Also dachte ich mir.. versuche ich doch auch  mal mein Glück :)

Ich zitiere hier mal was Nancy auf ihrem Blog schreibt:

Alles was ihr dafür tun müsst, ist eine Karte zu basteln oder was auch immer ihr gern basteln wollt :o) , nur solltet ihr folgende Angaben beachten:

* schön wäre es mit einem LeLo Motiv, ist aber nicht unbedingt zwingend

* euer Werk sollte in weiß + eine Farbe eurer Wahl sein

* benutzt ein Band und ein wenig Glitzer :o)

der Rest ist euch überlassen *grins*

 Hier kommt nun also meine Karte, die hoffentlich alle oben aufgeführten Bedingungen erfüllt *lächel*
