Hi everyone and happy weekend :)

Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko has launched some super cool new products at CHA!

And it's my pleasure to show you some projects on which I used all of these awesome new goodies over the next days and weeks!

One of these projects is featured on the Imagine Crafts blog today and the detailed instructions (including step-by-step pictures) can be found on their website as a project sheet --> here

For the background I have used three of the super duper cool new Creative Medium Iridescent gels! This stuff is just amazing! It is so versatile... the possibilities are just endless!

The flower petals are filled with the gorgeous new StazOn Studio Glaze
Even though I love all of the new products, I think the StazOn Studio Glaze is my favorite new product from this years new product release so far! It comes in so many colors (StazOn colors) and it is just amazing and so easy and wonderful to use!
I am pretty sure everyone will LOVE it, as soon as you have tried it!

Please refer to the project sheet on the Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko homepage for detailed instructions and the list of supplies :)

one more...

Hi everyone and happy Sunday :)

Remember my yesterday post with the lovely Christmas tree stamp from Memory Box stamped with Encore! Champagne?

Well, today I have another super simple Christmas card I want to share with you. Again it is made with products from Memory Box and Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko: This time I used the adorable ornament die from Memory Box and colored the cut out ornaments with Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko Delicata Shimmery Silver ink with the help of a Sponge Dauber.

After the ink was completely dry (I did NOT heat set it, because the wonderful Delicata inks look best when you allow them to dry by air!) I adhered it to the card front. I stamped the sentiment stamp (also from Memory Box) with Delicata Shimmery Silver.
To finish the card I simply added some blue rhinestones here and there and a love ribbon trim  from May Arts, and that's it!

Super quick and easy... perfect for mass production :)

Don't forget to check out the Imagine Crafts blog for many more wonderful projects featuring Memory Box together with Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko products!

Please refer to the grey boxes below this post for a complete list of supplies :)

Thanks so much for stopping by today and I hope to see you here on my blog again, soon :)

Imagine Crafts, Authentique and May Arts Blog Hop: Make Some Noise

AP_MayArts_Badge

Welcome to a crafting extravaganza all week featuring myself and other Artists In Residence from IMAGINE Crafts, along with the Design Team Members of Authentique Paper and May Arts Ribbon.

I have used some of the adorable Authentique "Radiant" papers from the 6x6 paper pack, a sticker from the "Radiant Components" sheet, a super pretty floral sheer ribbon and a length of twine in coordinating colors from May Arts!

The inks I have used to stamp the sentiment are a combination of Memento Luxe Marocco and Memento Luxe Lilac Posies. The circles were stamped with Memento Pistachio and Memento Teal Zeal (I first inked the stamp with Pistachio, then added some Teal Zeal, before I stamped it, to get this "personalized" color to match the blue color in the patterned paper).

Here are today’s other featured Artists In Residence projects:

There' more inspiration to be found on the Authentique Paper and May Arts blogs!  Simply visit these blogs to view the projects created by those company's design teams and to view the other prizes available.

Prizes galore for participating in the Blog Hop this week!

With All My Heart - Valentine's Day Card in Purple

Hi everyone and happy Sunday :)

Today I am sharing a purple Valentine's Day card *gasp*

Oh my word! Purple is absolutely so not my color to create with! I always struggle when creating with this color.

Yes, purple can look beautiful! I see a lot of gorgeous cards around using this color but still, it is one of my personal biggest challenges to use this color *lol*

But that's the meaning of a challenge, right? To dare yourself to do something, you usually would not do! Therefore I decided to take the challenge of the current CAS*ology Challenge and create a card with purple *lol*

As always, you can find the step-by-step instructions and a complete list of supplies below this post in the grey boxes :)

Thank you so much for stopping by today and I hope to see you here on my blog again, soon :)

When You Miss the One You Love.... CAS-ual Fridays Sneak Peek Day 2

Hi everyone and happy Tuesday :)

Welcome back to the second sneak peek day of CAS-ual Fridays Stamps!

Today the Girl Fridays are featuring the beautiful stamp set "Sands of Time"

You can find the step-by-step instructions for this card below this post in the "Instructions" box!

I sprayed the white cardstock panel, layered underneath the focal point panel, with some "Sheer Shimmer Spritz Silver", but unfortunately I wasn't able to catch the beautiful shimmer in my picture.

I tried to do a close up to showcase it better, but I think I failed miserably, again :-/ So I hope, you just believe me when I say that it looks super pretty in real life :)

Please don't forget to stop by the CAS-ual Fridays Stamps blog to see more amazing inspiration from the Girl Fridays! And you will also find a picture of this new stamp set over there :)

    Instructions
  1. create a card base from 4 1/4" x 11" white cardstock and round lower corners
  2. wrap a length of chevron ribbon around the card front and affix on the back side
  3. die cut two rectangles with Spellbinders classic rectangle set from white cardstock (one will be approx. 3" x 3 3/4" and the other one will be approx. 2 3/8" x 3")
  4. spray the larger one of the die cut rectangles with "Sheer Shimmer Spritz Silver" and let dry
  5. stamp sentiment from "Sands of Time" set with Versamagic "Midnight Black" on smaller rectangle
  6. stamp row of hearts from "Sands of Time" set with Memento "Rose Bud" above and below sentiment
  7. mount all layers to card front using dimensional foam adhesive
  8. embellish with rose sparkle goosebumps and clear rhinestones

    Season's Greetings

Hi everyone and happy Tuesday :)
Today I have another Christmas card to share. This is a very traditional card using green and red and lots of gold :)
I tried a new -to me- embossing powder: Imagine Crafts "Gold" together with Versamark ink for the stamping and I really *love* how it turned out!
Great coverage and it melted just perfectly (evenly and smooth) when heating it!
The papers and sentiment stamp are from Echo Park, the gold cord is from May Arts and the golden sequins are from Jenni Bowlin.
Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope to see you again here on my blog, soon :)

    "Warm Wishes" Christmas Card

Hi everyone and happy Saturday :)
I ordered some Christmas stamps and dies from Whimsy Stamps recently and got them in the mail yesterday *hooray for happy mail*
Therefore I couldn't resist and just had to sit down and create at least one card with all the gorgeous goodies.
So here is a card where I have used the "Vintage Christmas" stamp set and one of the dies, that comes with the "Holidays Sentimentables" set.
The main image was stamped with Tsukinekos Versafine Onyx Black ink (I love that you get absolutely perfect impressions even with very detailed stamps!).
I die cut the saying from plain white cardstock, then colored it with a Brilliance Galaxy Gold inkpad. I also colored a length of ordinary natural twine with the same ink pad to make it match.
I hope you all will have a fantastic first advent weekend! Enjoy this special time of the year :)
Ich wünsche Euch ein fanastisches erstes Adventwochenende! Genießt diese ganz besondere Zeit im Jahr :)

    Thank You

Hi everyone and happy Thursday :)
Today I am sharing a card with no stamps *oops* ;-)
I rarely do cards without any stamping! Cards without stamping often seems to be kind of "uncomplete" for me ;-)
But I think this one is ok the way it is - hope you think so, too :-)
The patterned papers are from Jillibean Soup and American Crafts and they are both part of the new Scrapbook Werkstatt November Kit (available Oct 26th).
